About

It starts with a dream.

A first car. A race you stayed up to watch. A machine you've wanted since you were ten. Every collection starts with a dream.

Diecast Shop 254 is a Kenyan shop for people who notice the wheel design, the paint finish, and the tiny badge on the bonnet. We bring together cars, bikes, and aircraft worth making room for.
